1. Add maximum number of skillsthat suit you, the more skills the better. It is advisable to choose skills from the list that are on the site. Add contact information to the “About me” section, because in order to see your contact information on the site, the employer needs to pay, and if you give it for free, there will be a slightly higher chance that they will contact you. Also in this section you should indicate GitHub and a business card website, if available.

5. Try to verify at least one skillthis is a good sign for the employer

6. Don't add Russian Bear certificates, which you received for winning the Olympiad in 2nd grade. You can also attach a photo of the winner’s keychain, but that’s also optional.

All these points helped me receive positive responses to applications for vacancies that interested me.
