Lenovo Yoga Book 9i
This is probably the newest model with two screens. It was developed by Lenovo, which has the most devices with multiple displays. The company probably sells them successfully, otherwise why would it present models of this type every year?
As for this model, it has two 13.3-inch OLED displays. There is also a wireless keyboard with magnetic mounts and a special pyramid stand. The screen resolution is 2880×1800 pixels and the refresh rate is 60Hz. The brightness of each of the displays, if desired, is adjusted independently of each other.
It comes with a stylus for note-taking and drawing and a stand-holder for screens. As for the specifications, the device is equipped with a 13th generation Intel Core i7-U15 processor, Intel Iris Xe graphics card, four Bowers & Wilkins speakers and Dolby Atmos surround sound technology. There are three USB-C inputs with Thunderbolt 4 support.
RAM – 16 GB, SSD-drives – 512 GB or 1 TB. In standalone mode, the device is able to work for about seven hours without recharging, with two active displays. If you turn off the second, then the operating time will increase to 14 hours.
The mass of the device is 1.38 kg, dimensions are 300x204x16 mm. The cost is from $ 2100, which, of course, is not cheap.
As far as one can judge, the device is universal – it can be useful for developers, and for those who need only office programs, and for gamers (although not for the most “heavy” games”). Well, for designers – and generally expanse, two touch screens at once, and even a stylus.
ThinkBook Plus Twist
Also a model from Lenovo, but its difference from the previous model is that there are two screens, but they are located on different sides of the “lid”, which is no longer a cover, in general. Even more interesting is that one screen is OLED and the other is E Ink. Working with the second allows you to significantly extend the battery life of the device.
As for the parameters of the OLED screen, its characteristics are as follows: a diagonal of 13.3 “with a resolution of 2.8K, a brightness of 400 cd / m², a refresh rate of 60 Hz.
E Ink parameters are of course different. Here the diagonal is slightly smaller, 12 inches, the refresh rate is 12 Hz. In general, it is suitable for surfing, not to mention reading, working with office software, etc. With the activated E Ink display, the device can work up to 21 hours.
Well, inside there is a 13th generation Intel Core processor, up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of disk storage. The developers equipped the device with two Thunderbolt 4 (USB Type-C) ports. The mass of the device is only 1.35 kg.
As for the cost, it ranges from $1649.
Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 16
This is the flagship gaming laptop of the Republic of Gamers family in 2022 (updated in 2023). The diagonal of the main screen here is immediately 16 inches. The additional display with a diagonal of 14 inches, with which some other models of devices from ASUS have already been released, has changed; it now shifts to the main screen when the lid is opened, so it is a continuation of the main one. It can fully operate in two modes: 4K UHD @ 120Hz or Full HD @ 240Hz.
As for the configuration, the device has an AMD Ryzen 9 6980HX processor, DDR5 memory and top-end NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics with a heat pack of up to 150 watts. The device supports 32 GB of RAM. There are HDMI ports, 2.5Gbit Ethernet, 2x USB-C DP, 2x USB 3.2. The amount of memory is 2 TB.
The mass of the device is 2.6 kg.
Its cost at the beginning of sales was about $ 5,000, but now these devices are no longer so expensive, although more expensive than most other gaming laptops. Moreover, ASUS has released an updated model with an AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card for $3,999.
In addition to this device, ASUS has other devices with a similar design. These are ASUS Zenbook Duo UX482, Asus DuoASUS Zenbook Duo UX482EAR-EB51T, Asus Zenbook Pro DUO 15 OLED UX582 and Pro Duo UX582.
YogaBook C930
Another interesting model from Lenovo, which, as far as one can judge, did not go to the masses. This is the second model of the YogaBook family, which, unlike the first, has a second display, but not OLED, but E Ink. The device is small, its dimensions are comparable to an A4 sheet, the thickness is about a centimeter. Well, the mass is 775 grams.

Aurora 7 laptop with seven displays
This monster is a real-life device that went on sale in 2021. Now it is not clear whether it can be bought somewhere or not, but two years ago it was on sale.
The laptop is based on an AMD Ryzen 9 3950x processor. This is a 16-core chip with support for 32 threads, a frequency from base 3.5 GHz to peak 4.7 GHz and 14 MB of cache in the third level. TDP 105 W, the processor itself is not new – AMD introduced it back in the fall of 2019. It is produced according to the seven-nanometer process technology of the manufacturer TSMC.
If you do not like AMD, then there is no problem, there is also an Intel-based platform. This is the Core i9-10900k processor, which was released a few months after the Ryzen 9 – in the second quarter of 2020. It has 10 cores at once, which operate at a frequency of 3.7 to 5.3 GHz and support 20 threads. The processor is made according to the 14 nm process technology, its TDP is slightly higher than that of AMD – 135 W instead of 105 W.
But with graphic adapters, things are worse – the user cannot select them. Developers install Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070.
The manufacturer reports support for 128 GB of DDR4-2993 RAM. True, such a volume is available only for a platform with an Intel processor. But buyers of the AMD-based platform are limited to 64 GB of RAM.
As for drives, the laptop is equipped with two SATA drives and two M2 drives. M2 are represented by Samsung 970 EVO Plus with capacities up to 2 TB. In addition, the developers announced the transition to the 980 series SSDs after these drives become available. SSD capacities up to 2 TB are supported for each, so you can get up to 8 TB of storage in total.
The laptop has 7 displays. Of these, four main and three auxiliary. As for the main displays, these are 17.3-inch panels with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels each (Ultra HD or 4K format). Auxiliary support resolution Full HD or 1920×1080 pixels with a diagonal of 7 inches.
Well, its cost at the time of the start of sales was $ 20,000.
