Also, on the basis of the Computer Science club, a seminar was held on the course “Algorithms: Advanced Chapters” from Constantine Makarychev. Konstantin has recorded video lectures in Russian for a course he teaches at Northwestern University in the United States. There were very detailed and interesting discussions at the seminars. Seminars were conducted Alexander Shen (LIRMM, Montpellier) and Ilya Razenstein (Microsoft Research). Grigory Yaroslavtsev (Indiana University) was a guest lecturer.
