How in theory should this work?
You can pay for your subscription in 2 ways:
From a bank card. The most inconvenient option, one payment bot asked me for 13k rubles. Plus, the operation will not be performed immediately, but within 2 business days.
Through the apple developer app. Conveniently, I paid 8390 rubles for a subscription.

How did it work out in practice?
My story began on March 30, when I was unable to load the application into test flite. There was an announcement in the developer account that there were 30 days until the end of the subscription and I could not upload or publish anything. I added a method to pay for the MTS number and after several unsuccessful attempts, I contacted apple support and they immediately told me that this was an MTS problem. And having written to support, the problem really turned out to be MTS money.

Without hesitation, I bought a Beeline SIM card and when I tried to buy a subscription with it, nothing happened. Apparently, due to the fact that I tried to make a payment many times and nothing worked, I was banned somewhere and had to call Apple support again. And after correcting something, the payment went through successfully and I paid 8,390 rubles for the subscription. although 8990 was written everywhere. Great.
PS No, this is not an advertisement for Beeline.
I bought a SIM card from their office and they refused to sell me a SIM card without a subscription fee and also serviced me for 130 rubles to top up my account. But since I am a programmer and get 300k per nanosecond, I decided not to notice these little things. It’s just that with them the payment went through immediately and without problems.
