Let’s listen to speakers from Samokat.tech, Posttech and USABILITYLAB. Let’s talk about the changes in the life of analysts and developers when moving to microservices, the collaboration of a usability researcher and a business analyst, as well as tools for modeling end-to-end processes between product teams.

The program includes how to share functionality and set up integrations with an increase in the number of product teams, how analysts and development teams can seamlessly move from a monolith to microservices, and how a usability researcher turns data into valuable insights for a business analyst.

In a programme

End-to-end processes in Samokat.tech: how to share functionality and set up integrations with an increase in the number of product teams

Daria Ivanova

End-to-End Process Team Leader, Samokat.tech

The e-commerce industry involves mass product development with dozens of products and teams. Between them, you need to share functionality and design integrations. At the same time, end-to-end processes can help not to drop the quality of development. Daria will share her experience in implementing them, demonstrate modeling tools and talk about the differences between Samokat.tech end-to-end processes and the classical approach to process management.

From monolith to microservices: a tale of how analysts and development teams had to live in a new way

Maria Chudinova

Head of the Analytics Department in the Development DirectoratePosttech

With the transfer of the front-end system of Mail to microservices, the teams began to use the product approach and fix the architecture. Analysts learned what Use Case is, began to work with requirements in a new way and use ChTZ as a closing document. Developers have learned to work with analysts before the task is completed. Maria will talk about the role of the analyst in the process and the difficulties she has overcome.

The Superpower of Collaboration: How a Usability Researcher Turns Data into Valuable Insights for a Business Analyst

Olga Konstantinova

Lead UX Researcher, USABILITYLAB

A usability researcher has a superpower—the ability to turn data into valuable insights for a business analyst. In this talk, you’ll learn how a usability researcher and a business analyst work together to maximize the potential of data and turn it into concrete and understandable recommendations. We will also look at techniques that a business analyst can apply on their own to identify customer needs and requirements.

Not only reports

We have added a number of interactive features to the event:

  • the “Collect an order” activity, showing what is happening on the other side of the interface of the Scooter application – in the darkstore world. We will be transported inside the darkstore with the mission to collect an order for ourselves from the products of the Scooter trademark as soon as possible.

  • the authors of the best questions for each report will receive promotional codes with a discount for ordering in the Samokat app and a set of merchandise from Samokat.tech.

  • Bicycles are hidden in speaker presentations. The first participant who counts all the bikes will receive an online ticket to the conference Flow 2023 in September.

And of course, after the technical program, there will be informal communication, networking and refreshments.
