An implicit short thinker will not raise a cry, he will simply silently (or not silently, but necessarily “politely”) use his weight.

PROBLEMS FROM THE ADMINISTRATION

In addition, all that “quality” is important for the Administration, which gives an increase in “quantity” – it is also impossible to offend your “quality workers”! WHY A SIMPLE SOLUTION IS NOT THE BEST

It seems like there is such a statement: any problem always has the simplest solution, and it is always not the best. Expel troublemakers? Yes, it has already been done! On a short distance it works, on a long distance the system collapses.
