Organization of work in a creative team: the experience of Wrike, Miro, Revolut

At Wrike, we decided to make a meeting for creative teams – designers, marketers, project managers – to talk about efficient processes where routine can kill creativity. We invited design leads from Revolut, Miro and Wrike to share their experiences, best practices and secrets.

Speakers:

For half a year we worked on the concept of the brand in the office, and a week after going remotely, we rethought it in a week. Let’s talk about methodologies for quickly generating ideas for distributed teams, planning from briefing to final approval, and how to keep our spirits up when deadlines are running low.

At Miro, we make a product for the work of distributed teams, and when the whole world switched to remote work, we were faced with several global tasks at once:
– How to transform processes in a team for remote work
– How to improve the experience + 4 million new users
– What rituals in the design team should help to share experiences and move quickly

I will tell you about how we solved these problems and transformed the design process after going out to the re-mote, how the company focused on improving the user experience and implemented 60+ improvements in a month and a half, and at the end I will share the practices of organizing remote work of the design team, which help maintain transparency and communicate value to users.

Come and prepare questions for the speakers. We are always glad to have a dialogue during this difficult online time.
