Since the answers provided were sent by the official press service KVADRAthen I quite reasonably consider them to be the company’s public position, which it shares, of course, until it refutes it.

What am I talking about here anyway, what kind of kvadra?

Around the beginning of summer 2023, news about another killer an innovative product that is being developed by the domestic company Core Client Systems LLC in the form of a tablet. Summer, heat, stuffiness of the big city, my head is not thinking at all, the condition is like that of my bulldog in the photo… in general, I decide to pre-order this product:

Actually, as often happens, few of us still remember the legendary pre-orders for the no less legendary yo-mobile; of course, I didn’t expect anything incredible here.

More than a month has passed since the device was delivered to the first customers, but it is still impossible to find reviews from real owners on the Internet; it is all marketing based on data from the official website and advertising. I think it’s time to correct the situation.

A brief overview of the device, just what would be here:

Since the device was delivered to me exactly on New Year’s Eve, the content turned out to be a little New Year’s, but who among us wouldn’t want to extend the Christmas holidays…

The device comes in a branded box, the cardboard is of very high quality (by the way, in Russia it turns out that it’s difficult to find, we recently encountered this in our business). Everything is exactly like Apple’s, inside is the most necessary and even a little more:

Here you can pay attention to the third outer photo, namely the absence of a combined SIM and memory card tray. Actually, from that moment our communication with the manufacturer, represented by a representative of the press service, began Kvadrawhich at first satisfied me as a user of the product, but then something went wrong: first at the tablet, and a little later at the press service.

I can say for sure that the image from the advertising pages and the feeling from the real device completely coincides with expectations. The device has a large and bright screen, it’s easy to read, the body is metal, it’s just as heavy. But we’re not going to beat him up, what about work?

Immediately after turning on the device, a small immersion in the matrix disappointment, the device’s display had poor contact and at the slightest change in geometry began to produce strong artifacts, a little home video of what it looked like:

Without any nerves or other calls, I wrote a letter to the support email, in order to maintain the entire chronology, and so that everyone doesn’t get bored, I’ll immediately post our correspondence in a bunch:

PS: At that time I really wanted to write a short review of the device, this is why there are so many photos, and there is also an unboxing video with film removal. But subsequent problems and communication with the vendor negated all desire…

On the promised day they actually brought me a new tablet – thank you guys!!! By the way, this was done personally by the product team, represented by a couple of people from its composition. I wonder what the team did so wrong that they were forced to personally deliver the package work as couriers, I will assume that this was their personal initiative. In the new device, the SIM tray was in place, the screen worked and I became the happy owner, as I now understand, a product tester.

About a month later, I noticed a new problem and, as expected, sent all the information in the official application Поддержка Kvadra on the tablet, but there was no response within a week, and I decided to inquire about information on the contacts that I had at that time:

I also received a lightning-fast response to my message, even two responses))) The second of which was later deleted and a comment was sent so that I got it all wrong. It’s a strange desire from the press service, but it seems to me that I understood everything correctly from what I managed to read and see. I think it’s quite difficult to comment here without resorting to using obscene language, but we’ll try not to fall to the level of the press service KVADRA_T, and generally don’t lose heart and cool down.

Questions and points for the KVADRA press service:

  1. The fact that you produce contract electronics included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation does not in any way give you the right to treat ordinary users in such a way – individuals who bought your products voluntarily, although not in a completely conscious state under the influence of heat and smog. They paid for it in Russian rubles, the full and not small cost.

  2. You and I don’t work in the same vegetable company so we can choose each other’s vegetable names, well, since you threw a hot potato, I’ll call you radishes =)

  3. Since you, without any basis for this (specialized education as a psychotherapist), diagnose people based on a couple of letters and call them nervous, then similarly, having examined our correspondence with you, and it is all here on the screen, I would venture to assume that you are from greyhounds;

  4. When using a tablet, I feel not the joy of using the new device that you gave me on New Year’s Eve, but disappointment in the Russian manufacturer, which could dared release such a crude product onto the market;

  5. I feel like a bit of a tester and would like to evacuate or like a boy withdraw (without being nervous) from this program voluntarily. Ready to send a prototype of your device back to the factory in Dubna (or straight to China???) in return for an amount calculated in proportion to the period of use of this device.

Colleagues, I didn’t want to offend anyone or offend anyone, I just drew my conclusions out loud and cooled down as they recommended to me.

You create a product for users who will then use your device, perhaps then hold it in their hands every day and just making a cool tablet in an era of human-centric companies is not enough;

One way or another, having such an attitude within the company towards end users: calling them different vegetables, making mental diagnoses for no reason, perceiving information coming from the user as a threat rather than help in developing the product and the desire to make it a little better, the company will never be able to create a really cool product that will disrupt the market;

People who do not share the company’s values ​​should be able to be released into the market in search of jobs that are more comfortable for them, no matter how professional they are in their field;

No matter how large and cool the company is, you need to be able to admit mistakes and blunders and offer solutions to users, even though initially it is not financially profitable, but in the future this approach can give results (not always and not everyone);
