“Ansystems” is bankrupt. Now for sure
With some delay we inform you: on July 16, the IT company Ansystems declared bankrupt.
The total debt is 1.415 billion rubles, of which 226 million are wage arrears. Over the next 6 months, the bankruptcy trustee will be bankruptcy estatefrom which debts or at least part of them will be paid.
During the observation procedure, which started on January 16thseveral interesting events occurred:
1. The bankruptcy trustee tried to identify signs of deliberate bankruptcy of Ansystems, but was unable to do so because the general director, Pyotr Chernavin, did not submit the required documents.
2. Marriage contract between Chernavin and his wife declared invalidNow the apartment and parking space, which they tried to sell for 45 million rubles, as well as the Volkswagen Tiguan, will be used to pay off debts.
3. To the bankruptcy of Ruslan Safin, one of the founders of Ansystems, brought in an appraiser. Earlier, the bankruptcy trustee made an inventory of his property: a Mercedes-Benz GLS, a Rolex Datejust 41 and a Vacheron Constantin watch worth an approximate 1.5 million rubles and 500 thousand rubles, respectively, and a 1/2 share in an apartment in Moscow.
4. Another founder of “Ansystems” Smirnova Irina violates the Bankruptcy Law and refuses to hand over his Mercedes-Benz GLE car and other valuables for further sale and debt repayment.
And on August 13, Ruslan Safin himself decided that his own company owed him – and showed up to the register of creditors of “Ansystems”. Indeed, if the company did not pay salaries to employees, then he, the poor guy, did not get anything? It is logical, isn't it?
