And if it still seems that employees will be offended, there is a great way to overcome this – involve them in working with requirements, choosing a system, training and developing internal expertise. When you participate in a project designated as important, your motivation increases significantly, your awareness of your need for the company increases, and confidence in the future appears. And now the manager is no longer faced with a group of workers with protest moods and fears, but with an implementation support group that can help resolve internal contradictions.

And it happens that everything is going fine, even good, and there are no thoughts about changes. Meanwhile, the company is missing the opportunity to use this blissful, well-fed lull to develop the company and gradually move to the next level. Using the accumulated potential, you can dive into the implementation of CRM and training with special care, thoughtfully, without putting out fires and using the resources of calm, confident employees. It will most likely only get better.

But here it is worth remembering that those who do not take risks do not drink champagne. Moreover, the risk is not very great. But the potential effect could be impressive.
