Master Course: Kubernetes Operator SDK I
In pure English, a course co-authored by Kubernetes Operators (O’Reilly, 2020) by Jason Dobies
Deploying simple applications in Kubernetes is easy. Deploying applications that consist of multiple microservices with complex interactions and configurations is not easy. Keeping these applications running is another story altogether.
This tutorial introduces the concept of Kubernetes operators and how they bring domain-specific knowledge about installing and maintaining an application in a cluster. We will use the Operator SDK to quickly create and test operators using existing technologies such as Ansible and Helm.
