Today, some friends forwarded me a vacancy that 146% reflects the realities of the quality of HR work, the labor market, and import substitution.

In the requirementsx, while the responsibilities are specified for three people, including setting up storage based on VMware vSAN, and integration with existing SAN solutions, and knowledge of Huawei server equipment, etc., including setting up and managing servers, RAID configuration, etc., and interaction with other IT specialists, including network and system administrators, to solve complex problems.
