The National Supercomputer Forum will be held in Pereslavl on November 26-29, 2024
The thirteenth NSCF will be held from November 26 to 29, 2024. Its program will include a scientific and practical conference, master classes, an exhibition, a press conference and a round table. There will be tea, coffee, cookies and informal chatting in the lounge. Welcome!
From the name it is clear that the forum is dedicated to the development and use of supercomputers, grid technologies, cloud computing, and big data. The main emphasis is on how all this is going in Russia, but if possible, other countries are also discussed.
The National Supercomputer Forum is held annually at the Institute of Software Systems of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Pereslavl-Zalessky), starting in 2012.
The topic is very broad, namely:
— research, development, production, operation;
— element base, hardware, infrastructure solutions;
— low-level and system software;
— programming systems, middleware, applications;
— supercomputer services and implementation of SC into practice;
— issues of state regulation and interaction with development institutions.
Usually, specialists in the field of high-performance computing, grids, cloud technologies, mathematicians, programmers and IT engineers from different cities of Russia and neighboring countries come to the NSCF. (Before, of course, people from far abroad also came.)
Participation costs 4,000 rubles per person. A transfer from Moscow to Pereslavl, a daytime lunch and an evening buffet will be organized. There are hotels in Pereslavl.
The forum is supported by the Information Technology Department of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
