The Law of Large Numbers as a Cure for Procrastination
Therefore, I decided to start the fight against procrastination, starting with writing small posts about systems thinking in a public tg channel. Stephen King, in his book How to Write Books, recommends writing 2,000 words a day. Now I manage to write on average 250 words once every two days. To strengthen motivation, I specifically created external conditions of responsibility to readers in order to last longer. I expect that in this way I will train my discipline in writing texts and then move on to a larger format. Join the experiment, I’ll talk about cognitive patterns through the prism of personal experience and my work in IT here https://t.me/ksandemidova
I hope that my insight will help someone else to start taking small but constant steps towards their ideas every day. Do it as it turns out, without regard to internal and external censors.
