Swinlanes – a possible alternative to Agile and Kanban

I'm very interested in your opinion. Initially, I made the product a paid product, but after I was hit with karma on Reddit for trying to jump to Kanban, I decided that the method was too radical. That's why I made the service free so people could watch and give their opinions.

In development, I was guided by the principle of Occam's razor, and cut off everything that could distract the developer directly from development. Therefore, this tool does not have tickets, epics, tasks, sprints, and so on. Only features and their iterations.

I'm also introducing the concept of technical damage instead of technical debt as an experiment, you might be interested.
