What’s curious is not even that these import-substituting poverty-related agents don’t have their own blog,
and not that the author is not shy about writing about himself in his profile as “an expert in the implementation of IT infrastructure systems,” and not that the article scored +4 characteristic of coproblogs,
but the very fact of its existence.
