The rating of KaaS platforms will be be cost basedin general these are all major players in the RuNet market. If you have young projectthen there is no need to overpay for the brand. So let's begin.

Timeweb is a catch-up provider in cloud technologies, previously it was a regular website hosting provider. At the moment, they have created a cloud service on a separate domain and trying to catch up with the other market sharks cloud services.
