Questionnaire for IT project manager

About 5 years ago, when I was looking for my first job as a project manager, the idea came up to create a kind of questionnaire that would help me quickly dive into the project.

The questionnaire was supposed to consist of questions to key team members. The questions were supposed to acquaint the newly minted manager with the current state of the project.

The main focus is to identify actual or potential problems in the backlog, project infrastructure, code base and business processes.

Implementation

As key members of the team, I identified:

List of development questions

List of development questions

List of support questions

List of support questions

Then the idea came up to supplement each question with an answer option. The answer can be some principle, methodology, framework, or just a solution from life. It does not claim to be the last resort, but it will help you navigate the situation or find another solution.

Leave comments, suggest new questions, write your ideas and suggestions for improvement (possible through MR).
