The service does not depend on the operating system on the user’s devices and does not require installation and configuration of additional software, which simplifies its use and support. The user can use Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird email clients, Zextras Team and Drive apps for iOS / Android to communicate and have access to documents from mobile devices. All user information is saved in real time using Zextras Backup with the possibility of 100% recovery in the event of an accident. Service security is ensured by antispam and anti-virus protection of Kaspersky, CISCO ClamAV and Eset. Placing data in the TIER-III LanCloud data center in Russia ensures that the Cloud Zimbra service complies with the requirements of FZ-152 regarding personal data. Each client is allocated a 100GB mailbox for storing letters, messages and documents. The client administrator gets access to the service settings and can independently create and delete accounts, assign different types of services to different users, and much more.
