It lasted me…probably a month or two. They write on the Internet that the “running” method begins to work after 2 months of running for a couple of hours at a heart rate of 70% of the maximum. This doesn’t mean I can’t talk about the advantages of Drytex over softshells in heavy rain, but it’s still not my choice. I can. But I didn’t like this method.

Losing weight third. Eat less sweets and starchy foods, exercise more on weekends, during the week whenever possible.
