How to earn 2.2 million rubles for yourself and 18 million rubles for a company without employees

I am writing this article on behalf of a certain individual entrepreneur. All evidence of my story was obtained from open sources in the form of audit reports and reports to the Federal Tax Service.

I registered as an individual entrepreneur in 2020 and since then I have been working as a hired manager in various companies.

Officially, my activity is related to the use of computer technology and information technology, as well as other; creative activity, activity in the field of art and entertainment organization and 2 more types of activity.

Well, I suppose you understand that I am a broad-based specialist.

In 2022, I was offered to head a joint-stock company, the authorized capital of which was 200 thousand rubles.

Occupation: software development.

To date, no one works at JSC except me. This is confirmed by the audit:

I was assigned a salary of 200 thousand rubles.

In 2022, the JSC I manage received an order for 400 million rubles with prepayment.

In addition, the founders provided JSC with borrowed funds from their companies in the amount of 1 billion rubles at zero interest.

Since no activity was planned, all funds were placed in the bank of one of the founders. As a result, a profit of 18 million rubles was received for the year.

Since JSC did nothing, my salary amounted to a loss of 2.2 million rubles for 2022, which is confirmed by JSC's tax return (see below).

In 2023, the funds that were given for fictitious development and in the form of borrowed funds were, through a clever movement of current accounts, transferred into additional capital in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles.

Since JSC did nothing again, my salary amounted to a loss of 2.2 million rubles for 2023, which is confirmed by JSC's tax return.

After that, the JSC that I managed, together with me, became the founder of two new companies, or rather LLCs with an authorized capital of 300 thousand rubles.

As you may have guessed, I was appointed to manage these LLCs.

Until now, there are no employees in the JSC, so I, like a galley slave, work both in the JSC and in two LLCs.

Under my leadership, JSC achieved significant financial indicators:

At the moment, the LLC I manage closely cooperates with leading Russian banks in the field of implementing AI in various areas of the national economy.

The small number of employees, only 35 people, does not prevent us from claiming that we are the world's leading developers of such systems.

Perhaps soon the JSC I manage will go public on the stock exchange.

This is how “unicorn” companies appear in the Russian Federation. But that's another story.
