Habr Experts – seeking advice has become easier and clearer

4. We updated the functionality for rating and review.

   Judging by the surveys, the service did not have enough reviews so that other clients could read what specialists came to the expert with and how their queries were resolved.

   With this release, clients now have a convenient way to rate the consultation. After the expert notes that the consultation has taken place, the “Rate” button will appear in the client’s dialogue, through which he will be taken to the form for rating and feedback.

   

   

   Currently only experts can see reviews, but in the future we plan to make it so that experts can post reviews on their profile for everyone. This way other clients can read them and decide on a consultation.

What we plan to add in future versions

Section “Consultations”

Very soon, another long-awaited update will appear on the service: the “Consultations” section in your personal account. It will display all consultations for both the client and the expert.

Payment for consultations through the service

We are developing this functionality for future service updates.

Important: Now, if an expert’s consultation is paid, then the expert and the client agree on how and when to pay for it independently. Please keep in mind that the client assumes all risks when paying.

Many experts make the first consultation free of charge in order to understand whether his competence matches the client’s request, and the client – ​​whether the expert and his approach to mentoring are suitable for him.
