GoodbyeDPI started to fall off en masse for Russian users. How to fix and unblock Youtube

In Russia, mass problems with GoodByeDPI were recorded on September 12, 2024. It stopped working normally for a huge number of users – YouTube videos, stopped accelerating. In the article, I have collected all the currently relevant methods for fixing it.

But don't despair, there is a way to fix everything:

First Method

Go to the GoodByeDPI2 folder. Open the 1_russia_blacklist.cmd file via “edit in notepad”3. In the start “” goodbyedpi.exe line, change the value -9 to -7 -e14. If the previous step did not help, then try values ​​from 1 to 9.5. To avoid having to run the script every time after rebooting, change one more line:

sc create “GoodbyeDPI” binPath= “”%CD%%_arch%
\goodbyedpi.exe” -7 -e1

The second way

If it doesn't help, you can also try: 1_russia_blacklist_my_updated.cmd replace “-9” with “-1 -e1” like this:

start “” goodbyedpi.exe -1 -e1 –blacklist ..\russia-blacklist.txt
(if it doesn't help, try going through the first digit)
