FOSS News №91 – digest of materials about free and open source software for September 27 – October 3, 2021

Many significant players of the Russian market spoke at the Samsung Open Source Conference Russia 2021, and we are proud to share the results with you. In one day, we saw various successful examples of the development of open source projects from a wide variety of areas – containerization, dialogue systems, machine vision, robotics, big data, security, mobile development, and much more. The conversation was not limited to the topic of software, there was also about the hardware with RISC-V. At the round table, they recalled Richard Stallman and his famous “free as in free speech, not free beer” (how many years have passed, but still relevant).
