DartUP 2020: this year online and with famous speakers
On December 4-5, for the fourth time, Wrike, supported by Google, will DartUP – the only Dart and Flutter conference in Russia. Modern reality has made adjustments to our plans, so this year DartUP will be held online. This means that we will not pay attention to borders, difficulties with logistics and time zones and will call the coolest speakers who will share news about the Dart ecosystem and practical experience.
A year ago in St. Petersburg 420+ developers listened to reports on Dart and Flutter, competed in CodeBattle, won prizes, talked informally and tasted the branded Dart beer. 14 speakers in two halls shared their expertise and talked about zones in Dart, work with graphics on Flutter, Domain Driven Design and much more. How it was in 2019:
In 2020, DartUP will become better and larger, and we will preserve the informal atmosphere of our community already in the online format.
There will again be two streams of reports: one in Russian, the other in English. The first speakers are already known: Slava Egorov and Michael Thomsen from Google, Andrey Smirnov from Wrike, Evgeny Saturov from Surf, Alexander Denisov from EPAM, Kevin Segaud, Gennady Evstratov from Yandex.Taxi, Boris Goryachev from Meduza and others. The list will be updated, follow the announcements. All conference participants will have the opportunity to communicate with speakers in an informal setting and ask questions after their speeches.
In addition to the main track of reports, the developers and designers from the Wrike team prepared online activities – a tournament of beetle bots controlled by the generated gene code, and the Code Kombat battle game, in which you can defeat the enemy by solving algorithmic problems on Dart and JS (let’s see whose kung -fu cooler).
Traditionally, experts from Wrike will answer questions about Dart and Flutter and share their experience even with newbies taking their first steps in these technologies. Prepare your questions: at the conference you will even be able to show the code for a review or ask for advice, including from the language developers from Google.
