Chronicles of the Russian labor market

They report from the ground: youth in the Russian Federation are NOT THE SAME LONGER:
Moreover, young people have now developed a painful attitude towards violating personal boundaries. Therefore, a remark about work is perceived as an attack on personal boundaries. In other words, they confuse where these boundaries are an important and serious thing, and where the boss has the right to be dissatisfied with the work performed. This is partly due to their narcissistic lifestyle and pastime,” the psychologist said.
Leading researcher at the Department of Personality Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov Sergey Enikolopov: in the article Zoomers don't want to work

He still doesn’t know that in Soviet times the anime, Flying Ghost Ship and Barefoot Gen, were shown on TV and in movies, and that’s how the union collapsed. All the troubles from anime!

Since the leading researcher at the Department of Psychology uses the term “assault”, then why, I wonder, doesn’t he directly write – even the school trons don’t want to work for food, the little ones have become obsolete?

What else can you hear?
In Russian HR telegram channels (I don’t sit there, but sometimes I read particularly strong opinions) the dismissal of perhaps 100 or 100,500 developers, managers and it’s not clear who, you know from where, but not from Doctor Web, is actively discussed.
HR is happy – finally the trend in the labor market from these terribly greedy people who don’t want to work will be broken on barendamn IT people. Now they are crawling below, and we will choose.
It's very funny if you think about it. I don’t yet really understand how international recruitment works, but in the Russian HR community for the last years, at least 10, maybe 15, there has been an attempt to convince each other that there are no problems with hiring, the problem is with IT specialists. This is all because someone eats too much, in the sense of being greedy.
If we go a little deeper, HR is right:
– if business and management encourage such an attitude, and
– if the business and management are not interested in getting the real picture,
then business is doing well. Still cheap low quality labor (aka sports administration – when it is cheaper to solve a problem with mass manual labor rather than automation) is present on the market, the situation will not change.

That's all for today.
