I will not actively describe the personal profiles of the participants in the events, I will only share my observations and calculations on Gamme. Briefly, in theses – without fluff.

Wildberries is a huge piece of the pie that no one was interested in for a long time, and it grew without new investors, money from the stock market, government support and other external incentives.

A couple of years ago, when the size of the piece began to be calculated in trillions, external forces became interested in Wildberries. That's where it all happened: a fire in a warehouse immediately after a serious inspection, the results of which everyone is keeping silent about, and the story of the PVZ rebellion due to wild fines, and in general thousands of inspections from all government agencies of our vast Motherland.

Tatyana Bakalchuk is, first of all, turquoise, she values ​​relationships and atmosphere. She is really friendly with her employees and even goes to the sauna with them (from an interview on YouTube). At the same time, her turquoise is not as high-pitched as it is with emotional leaders who unite the team. Be pregnant 7 times for 9 months, give birth the same number of times and sit on maternity leave for half a year, awaken the maternal instinct in yourself 7 times, given by nature for care, make the same number of approaches to organizing developmental programs, kindergartens, schools, tutors and much more every year, and you will feel Tatyana well – how she thinks, what competencies she has best and what she values, especially with a husband like Vlad. More about him later.

Turquoises are ready to do 1000 things at once, without losing energy on thinking about meanings, being able to do something simple, for example, create a description of cards, deliver parcels – these are the actions that formed the basis of Wildberries.

The Turquoises need a leader – a person who makes decisions. Vlad has been this person for a long time, not always correctly, but definitely taking the company to a completely new level. By the way, it was Vlad who came up with the idea to turn an online store into a marketplace. Vlad is orange, technological, has studied international experience a lot, and most importantly, he knows how to solve complex algorithmic problems. Tatyana does not hide this, she only devalues ​​his role – like, he is a good manager, but not an owner.

Tatyana is not about numbers and analysis at all, she makes decisions with her heart, turning to God for help.

Tatyana was given the idea of ​​creating a great company. And she took it to heart. And then, not without help, she “sold” this idea to President V. Putin, who approved the merger deal with Russ, it is important to note here, whose business is much more modest than Wildberries. But in fact, she was given something more valuable – recognition and self-confidence. Look at the interview with Tatyana, the position of her head, her shoulders and convictions. She is clearly a victim. And she speaks about it directly. And now she is freed from Vlad, who terrorized her… and so gradually freed from business.

Robert is the owner of Russ and the new CEO of Wildberries, and Tatyana admires him. He took away all the operating system and problems with employees and the state. She is happy. Although the cost is not small, 35% of the business (that is how much Russ received), but for her it is a fair deal.

Robert, like any shark calling relatives to warm waters filled with tasty fish, forms a new team of his people. The “old men” who built Wildberries are gradually leaving the ship – leaving one after another.

Believe it or not, but Tatyana really thinks that the Russ team is delighted with three things about Wildberries: the food in the cafeteria, the ice cream in the office, and the opportunity to play corporate football, which she loves. If you haven't figured it out yet, I'll explain it figuratively. The shark pups, raised by the tiger shark, come and replace the turquoise ones from Tatyana's team, they – the sharks – are given more power, bonuses, and other privileges and prospects, but they sing to Tatyana how wonderful her ice creams are. Or at least that's what she wants to believe. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that the Russ team has some kind of instruction on how to interact with Tatyana, the main point of which is to increase her self-esteem.

Vlad accuses Tatyana of falling in love and leaving her family, and gradually draining the business. But she just needs a leader to blame for all the problems, and with whom, being close, she could blossom as a person, like a flower in a beautiful greenhouse. And Vlad was not up to the task. For a long time, especially when the business had problems, Tatyana felt Vlad's weakness. But Robert copes well with the task of a strong leader.

The variants of further events can be predicted endlessly. I do not condemn Tatyana at all, moreover, I sincerely admire her as the owner of a huge and effective business. But I also see how she makes a mistake that can be fatal for her – in protecting her own value, she devalues ​​the value of others: Vlad and the old team. And they were the formula for Wildberries' success. Well, I don't really believe that sharks can be full, even if they got 35% of one of the largest IT businesses in Russia.
