Alfa Factory 5.0 – registration until October 14

Hello!

We are launching another educational course Alfa Factory 5.0 for those who want to become an IT architect.

Training is free, the main thing is to meet these criteria:

• you are in your 4th year bachelor’s or 1-2 master’s courses, or have recently graduated (IT, technical or economics are welcome)
• if education is not related to IT, but you still want to become an IT architect, then also respond
• know enough English to read technical literature or thoughtfully google it if necessary
• you can spend at least 15 hours a week on training

The course lasts three months, during this time we will help you master the basics of the profession of an IT architect of a low-code platform with the skills to manage business processes. The course will help:

• Understand the IT landscape of our bank
• Explore the automation of internal business processes
• Learn to create applications on the Pega platform
• Get an offer and continue your development in Alpha.

Why Pega

Alfa-Bank is creating a single CRM system that functions for all business lines. Now, if a customer uses products for an individual and a legal entity at the same time, or wants to discuss a new product for a family member, he will not be switched between operators.

The system will allow one operator to answer all questions and then transfer tasks to individual business lines. The entire internal system of the bank is also tuned to BPM Pega: this allows us to more efficiently solve a range of serious problems – from issuing a mortgage to accelerated decision-making in the framework of mass and retail business.

How everything will go

Previously, we conducted training at Alfa Factory only offline in our Alfa Academy (Moscow, metro Technopark), so it made sense to study with us in the evenings after school only if you are from Moscow or the nearest Moscow region. Or just love to ride back and forth.
