Additional battery for Nissan Leaf

We have:

The additional battery will consist of three identical parts, each with 32 Li-Ion NMC elements 3.7 v, with a capacity of 40 A*h. The total capacity will be about 14 kWh. The base of the case will be welded from steel corners. The upper corner will be fixed with studs and nuts. Li-Ion elements will be separated by plastic spacers made by 3D printing (pink). The walls will be made of sheet material (most likely plywood). Smart BMS for 96s will be added after purchase, it will be located in a separate case.
